RVT Process Equipment GmbH's quality management system has been ISO 9001 certified since 1996. Furthermore, our environmental management system has achieved ISO 14001 certification since 2010.
Supplier assessments are regularly carried out in the course of the quality management activities. In cooperation with our suppliers we are running a continuous process improvement to enhance our products and services.
In addition, the company is SCC (P) certified and thus authorized to carry out maintenance or repairs of production facilities as well as new and converted buildings, especially at petrochemical plants.
Our quality promise – your benefit
Additional quality tests that are beyond the ISO requirements can be implemented on customers demand. There is furthermore the possibility to carry out test runs on our own test facility to control the function of liquid distributors and mass transfer trays.
As RVT Process Equipment is certified and approved in accordance to § 62 of the Directive on the Installation for the Handling of Water Polluting Substances (AwSV) we are authorized to build and to service industrial plants processing water polluting hazard media.
Also, our manufacturing fulfils the quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials of ISO 3834-3 as well as the requirements for the production of pressure equipment according to PED 2014/68/EU, Annex I, pt. 3.1 and to AD 2000 HP100R.
