Fixed Valve Trays
The fixed valve tray is a combination of the characteristics of a tray with movable valves and a sieve tray. In addition to its high resistance to fouling, it is characterized by its high capacity and high separation efficency.
The SRV valve (S = Standard) is a industry-standard large fixed valve.
The advantages of this type are:
- less susceptible to fouling
- suitable for contact with corrosive substances
- available up to 5mm carbon steel tray deck thickness
The MRV valve (M = Mini) is a newly developed, small fixed valve (patented).
The advantages of this type are:
- tapered lateral vapour outlets
- good turndown capability
- multi-purpose suitability
