Mobile multi-purpose plant
In addition to the stationary testing facilities located at Marktrodach, a mobile multifunctional plant is available for measurements at customer sites.
The facility, installed in a 40-foot container, can be used for the following process variants:
Quench/Washer
- Cooling and saturation of hot flue gases up to 500°C with subsequent
- absorption of gaseous pollutants.
Exhaust Gas Scrubbing
- Absorption of gaseous pollutants and odors.
- Options include single or two-stage process management, chemical and/or physical absorption.
Stripper/Washer
- Stripping pollutants from wastewater with air,
- optionally followed by washing the loaded stripping air, and
- optionally preceded by CO2 stripping.
The primary purpose of the plant is to conduct experiments with the media produced at the customer's site to gather essential baseline data for the design of a stationary facility.
